Easy to put together and fairly fast to bake. Dinner can be on the table in 35-45 minutes. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 cup chopped celery |
3/4 cup chopped onion |
1 (10 ounce) can condensed tomato soup |
1/3 cup catsup |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
pepper, to taste |
1 (9 ounce) package frozen french fries |
Directions:
1. Cook meat, celery and onion in skillet, drain off the grease. 2. Stir in the soup, catsup, salt and pepper. 3. Turn into a greased (sprayed with Pam) 8x8x2 inch baking dish. 4. Arrange the potatoes over the top. 5. Bake at 425*F for 25 minutes. |
