These porkchops are cripsy and delicious! And this recipe is wonderfully simple! Ingredients:
4 -6 thin pork chops |
1 cup flour |
2 cups french-fried onions |
1 egg |
1/4 cup milk |
vegetable oil (for frying) or olive oil (for frying) |
Directions:
1. Mix egg and milk in a bowl. In another bowl, mix flour and onions. 2. Dredge porkchops in egg/milk wash followed by flour/onion coating. 3. Fry until golden. |
