Easy to make and compliments meals, also can be served for any tailgating party, etc. Ingredients:
french-fried cauliflower |
1 small head cauliflower |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 egg |
1/2 cup milk |
1 cup biscuit baking mix |
wash and break cauliflower into small florets. sprinkle on the salt. |
in a separate bowl, combine milk, egg and baking mix and stir well. dip florets into batter and deep fry until golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes, turning frequently. drain on paper towels. |
