My mom used to make this, and I do too. Its very inexpensive and has wonderful flavor. Add a bit of celery seed after blending for a kick. Ingredients:
1 can store brand tomato soup (campbells will not work) |
1/2 cup vinegar |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 cup salad oil (canola) |
1 clove garlic, minced or 2 tablespoons minced onions (i whizz mine in the minichopper) |
Directions:
1. Mix everything together in the blender and let it rip. 2. Refrigerate for up to 1 week. |
