This is my Aunt's easy, easy, beef sandwich recipe. It has been in the family for a long time. The secret is slow cooking the beef in a crock pot for 6 hours. We love it. Ingredients:
1 can beef broth |
1 can french onion soup |
1 can beef consomme |
2 tsp. beef granuals |
3-4 lbs. beef roast (trim excess fat) |
6 rolls of choice |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a crock pot and cook for 6 hours. Meat should be tender. 2. Pull apart with two forks and place on a roll of choice. We use bagett rolls. 3. Serve with ajour (juice) in a small bowl. |
