This is one of our favorite meals and the simplicity of this is wonderful. And I like the fact its cooked in the crockpot for those busy days we all have. Ingredients:
4 -6 lbs roast |
1 tablespoon garlic salt |
1 teaspoon season salt |
1 teaspoon rosemary |
2 beef bouillon cubes |
2 cups water |
2 tablespoons dried onion |
Directions:
1. Place roase in crockpot with all ingredients. 2. Cook on low 8-10 hours. 3. Slice meat and serve on hoagie style buns. 4. Pour strained broth into individual cups for dipping. |
