French Dip in The Slow Cooker |

A great busy day meal, just be sure to have it in the slow cooker early in the morning, this needs 8-10 hours to cook. Ingredients:
5 pound boneless beef chuck roast |
1 cup soy sauce |
2 teaspoons garlic |
1 teaspoon rosemary |
1 teaspoon thyme |
2 bouillon cubes |
12 french rolls, split |
Directions:
1. Place roast in slow cooker then add remaining ingredients except french rolls. Turn the slow cooker to low and cook for 8 to 10 hours. 2. Remove beef and shred in a large bowl, serve on french rolls with the juice for dipping. Enjoy! |
