Ingredients:
4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter, melted |
2 eggs, beaten |
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 (3 1/2ounce) can shredded sweetened coconut (about 1 cup) |
1 cup milk |
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, flour, sugar, coconut, and milk. Pour into pie shell. Bake until firm, about 45 to 60 minutes. |
