I made this pie many years ago. It was in a, I think, dessert cookbook and I copie the recipe. Ingredients:
3 eggs, beaten |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1 cup shredded coconut |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/4 teaspoon coconut flavoring |
1/4 cup butter, softened |
1 unbaked pie shell |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except the pie shell in a bowl and mix well. 2. Pour into pie shell. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool completely before cutting. |
