Frozen chocolate pie. Very rich and creamy. Recipe handed down from my mom. Ingredients:
1 graham cracker crust |
1/2 cup butter |
3/4 cup granulated sugar |
2 ounces chocolate (melted) |
2 eggs |
2 cups cool whip |
Directions:
1. Cream together butter and sugar. 2. Stir in chocolate. 3. Add eggs and beat on high speed. 4. Fold in cool whip. 5. Pour into pie crust. 6. Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving. |
