2 (4-ounce) semisweet chocolate bars, chopped |
1/4 cup whipping cream |
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened |
Directions:
1. Microwave chocolate and whipping cream in a 2-quart microwave-safe bowl at MEDIUM (50% power) for 3 1/2 minutes. Whisk until smooth. Whisk in butter. Let stand at room temperature, stirring occasionally, 30 minutes or until slightly thickened.
