An intriguing pate that can be made very easily, and it absolutely fantastic for picnics. Ingredients:
4-5 slices of bacon, fried crisp and crumbled. |
1 lb braunschweiger |
1 8oz package cream cheese |
3oz bleu cheese, crumbled |
1/4c drained capers |
3 hard-boiled eggs |
french rolls or loaf |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients (except bread) in a food processor and blend until smooth.
2. If this is for a picnic, spread on the bread and then wrap for packaging.
