An intriguing pate that can be made very easily, and it absolutely fantastic for picnics.
Ingredients:
4-5 slices of bacon, fried crisp and crumbled.
1 lb braunschweiger
1 8oz package cream cheese
3oz bleu cheese, crumbled
1/4c drained capers
3 hard-boiled eggs
french rolls or loaf
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients (except bread) in a food processor and blend until smooth.
2. If this is for a picnic, spread on the bread and then wrap for packaging.
