1 1/2 cup(s) baking soda
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
1 egg
1 1/2 cup(s) flour
1/4 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1/3 cup(s) soft shortening / part butter
1/2 cup(s) sugar
Directions:
1.
Stir in alternately with 1/2 C milk.
2.
Fill greased muffin cups 2/5 full.
3.
Bake until golden brown. 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.
4.
Roll immediately in mixture of 1/2 C sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon
