This is an easy summer recipe from Chatelaine Magazine. For a lighter version, you can use low fat or nonfat sourcream. Also, feel free to add or substitute other fruits and berries. Ingredients:
2 cups sliced strawberries |
1/4 cup sugar |
2 plain croissants |
1 cup sour cream |
2 tablespoons sieved brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Stir strawberries with sugar. Split croissants lengthwise and cover with strawberries. Top with sour cream stirred with brown sugar. |
