Very healthy and easy to make . Ingredients:
30 french beans , strings removed and cut into 3- 4 pcs , then slit into 2 |
1 tsp mustard seed |
1 red chilli , slit into 2 |
olive oil |
pinch of salt |
some water |
Directions:
1. Heat the oil and add mustard seed . 2. Once splutter , add the chilli and french beans . 3. Sprinkle some water and cover . 4. Simmer for 5 mins and add the salt . |
