This recipe is from my cousin and I didn't realize I've had this recipe for 20 years. This makes an 8 X 8 pan and almost everyone I've given the recipe to advised that the pan only makes it out of the oven and never really gets to completely cool before all the brownies disappear! Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine |
3 tablespoons cocoa (you can use one more if you want them really chocolatey) |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
3 eggs |
1 1/2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon vanilla (i always use vanilla, butter and nut for a better flavor) |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in saucepan. 2. Remove from heat. 3. Add rest of ingredients in order, mixing well. 4. Pour into a lightly greased 8 X 8 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. |
