great dessert for the summer with outdoor bbqing Ingredients:
1 quart vanilla ice cream |
1 graham cracker crust (9 ) |
1/2 cup peanut butter |
1/3 cup light corn syrup |
chocolate syrup |
chopped walnuts |
Directions:
1. spread half of the ice cream into crust, 2. combine peanut butter & corn syrup; spread over ice cream. 3. Top with the remaining ice cream 4. Drizzle with chocolate syrup & sprinkle with nuts 5. cover & freeze for 3- 4 hrs. 6. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving |
