Both family & company loved it! Ingredients:
1 quart vanilla ice cream (softened) |
1 graham cracker crust (9 inch) |
1/2 cup peanut butter |
1/3 cup light corn syrup |
chocolate syrup |
chopped walnuts |
Directions:
1. Spread half of the ice cream into crust. Combine peanut butter 2. & corn syrup; spread over ice cream. top with the reamaining ice cream 3. Drizzle with chocolate syrup & sprinkle with nuts 4. Cover & freeze 3-4 hrs. 5. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving |
