Freezer Meatballs

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 lbs ground beef
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes (minced dried onion)
1/4 cup cracker crumb
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons dried coriander
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400*. In large bowl, combine eggs and milk; blend well. Stir in remaining ingredients; mix well. Shape into 36 meatballs; place in ungreased 15 x 10 pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned and thoroughly cooked. Cool 5 minutes; place in 13 x 9 pan. Freeze, uncovered 45 minutes; place 12 partially frozen meatballs in each of 3 containers or bags and return to freezer for later use.
