This corn is as close as you will get to eating it right off the cob. So flavorful and buttery. Ingredients:
8 cups fresh cut corn (right off the cob) |
2 t sugar |
1 cube butter (no substitues) |
1 1/2 tsp salt |
Directions:
1. Cut corn off cob (do NOT blanch) 2. Put in a large pan on stove top 3. Add all other ingredients 4. Simmer for 8 minutes on med heat 5. Let cool well 6. Put in freezer containers or freezer bags and freeze. 7. Put whatever amount in each container that you would use for your family for one meal.. 8. This will last in the freezer for at least 3 years. |
