An easy way to fix canned green beans. My mother always fixed hers with bacon in them, but this is how my grandma fixed them. It's healthier and has so much flavor! Ingredients:
2 can(s) cut green beans |
1 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon granules |
1 tbsp butter |
1 tsp seasoned salt |
1/4 tsp pepper |
1 tbsp dry minced onions |
Directions:
1. Drain juice off green beans. Rinse beans well with cold water. 2. Place beans in sauce pan and add cold water to not quite cover green beans. 3. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil for 1 minute. 4. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 - 20 minutes, stirring occassionally. |
