I try not to eat too much sugar, so I whipped this up for a good and quick meal when my stomach isn't up to food. I didn't know what to call this, because it's not a smoothie or pudding exactly. The hour is for optional chilling time. Ingredients:
2 baked yams (regular poatoes do not work!) or 2 sweet potatoes (regular poatoes do not work!) |
1 cup milk |
1/4 cup natural-style peanut butter |
2 eggs |
1 few ice cube (optional) |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients but ice together in a blender. Add ice and blend again if using ice. Cool in fridge or enjoy at room temperature. |
