If you like Frappe Cappuccino's, you'll love this!!! Ingredients:
1/2 cup fresh espresso |
2 1/2 cups low-fat milk (2%) |
1/4 cup granulated sugar |
1 tablespoon dry pectin (this is a natural thickener found in the supermarket near the canning supplies, but can be excluded) |
Directions:
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a pitcher or covered container. 2. Stir or shake until sugar is dissolved. 3. Chill and serve cold. 4. To make the mocha variety, add a pinch of cocoa powder to the mixture before combining. |
