600 g lean ground pork |
39 g old el paso chili seasoning |
1 large green pepper, chopped |
1/2 red onion, diced |
1 tsp garlic, diced |
1 celery stalk, diced |
6 large mushrooms, diced |
400 g stewed tomatoes |
Directions:
1. brown the ground pork in a saucepan and drain the fat 2. add all the veggies and stir until almost cooked 3. add stewed tomatoes and chili seasoning and heat to a simmer 4. add chili flakes and hot peppers to taste! |
