This layer dish is so good and actually really easy. Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
1/2 cup margarine, softened |
1 cup nuts, chopped |
1 (20 ounce) carton cool whip |
8 ounces cream cheese |
1 cup powdered sugar |
2 (3 ounce) packages butterscotch pudding mix |
3 cups milk |
Directions:
1. Layer 1 - Mix the flour, margarine and 2/3 cups nuts. 2. Press into a 9x13 inch pan and bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes - let cool. 3. Layer 2 - Cream together the cream cheese, 2/3rds of the cool whip and powdered sugar. 4. Spread on top of crust. 5. Layer 3 - Mix the pudding mix and milk together. 6. Layer on top of cheese mixture. 7. Top with remaining cool whip and sprinkle the nuts on top. |
