very good geeen subzi Ingredients:
350 g frans beans, chopped |
1 teaspoon butter |
1 teaspoon cumin seed (zeera) |
2 teaspoons coriander powder |
1/2 teaspoon garam masala |
3 pieces green chili peppers, chopped |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice |
2 tablespoons green coriander (to garnish) |
Directions:
1. steam the beans till tender. mix in butter while still hot. 2. dry roast zeera in pan till it splutters, add beans, coriander powder, garam masala, green chili and salt. mix well stir over low heat. 3. serve in a flat dish. sprinkle lemon juice over it. Garnish with coriander leaves. |
