This will make kids smile ! Ingredients:
2 sheets puff pastry, ready rolled |
16 cocktail franks |
1 egg, lightly beaten |
tomato sauce or ketchup, to serve |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180 C. 2. Line baking tray with baking paper. 3. Cut each pastry sheet into 3 strips. 4. Cut each strip into 4 rectangles. 5. Place 1 frankfurt diagonally onto 1 rectangle. 6. Roll up to enclose frankfurt, repeat till all are rolled up. 7. Place onto tray, brush with egg. 8. Bake 20 - 25 minutes till pastry is golden. |
