Ingredients:
12 beef frankfurters |
12 frankfurter buns |
prepared mustard |
mayonnaise |
catsup |
1 cup sweet pickle relish |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 (8-ounce) package extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded |
1 (15 1/2-ounce) can chili without beans (optional) |
Directions:
1. Grill frankfurters over hot coals, turning frequently, until browned. 2. Spread buns with small amounts of mustard, mayonnaise, and catsup. Add frankfurters; top with small amounts of pickle relish, onion, and cheese. Heat chili thoroughly, and spoon over frankfurters, if desired. |
