This is a recipe I obtained from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Kiley Estate in Arlington, Texas in 1986. Ingredients:
12 ounce can red kidney beans drained |
17 ounce can lima beans drained |
1/2 cup spaghetti sauce with mushrooms |
1 small white onion chopped |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
6 frankfurters |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375. Mix beans, spaghetti sauce, onion and cheese in ungreased casserole. Arrange frankfurters on top. Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until bean mixture is bubbly and frankfurters are light brown. |
