Frango No Pucara ( Chicken in a Pot) |

Ingredients:
2 -3 lbs of chopped chicken |
1/2 cup tomato |
1 large onion, chopped into large pieces |
2 1/2 tablespoons butter, yes butter it makes it so good |
2 garlic cloves, crushed |
1/3 cup wine, white |
1/3 cup red wine |
1/3 cup brandy |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Put the chicken in a baking pan or casserole dish. Add all other ingredients. 2. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 and 1/4 hours. Remove cover and raise temperature to 400 degrees and bake for 15 more minutes. |
