1 pint 1% friendship lowfat whipped cottage cheese |
1 (8 ounce) light cream cheese |
1/3 cup powdered sugar |
2 teaspoons almond extract |
friendship low-fat sour cream, for topping |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until all Friendship Cottage Cheese curds are smooth. Transfer into serving bowl. Chill 1-2 hours to set up . Add Friendship Lowfat Sour Cream as a topper. 2. **Great as a frosting for a low fat carrot cake or topping for an angel food cake with fresh berries or just a fruit dip! |
