Aunt Fran gave me this recipe for an easy great tasting dip. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
4 ounces green chilies |
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese |
red onion, chopped to taste |
mayonnaise, to taste |
1 dash tabasco sauce (optional) |
Directions:
1. Whip cream cheese till smooth, add chilis and mix well. Stir in cheese, onion to taste and mayonaise. 2. Let this sit overnight then serve with cracker, chips or veggies. |
