Ingredients:
1/2 shortening |
1/4 butter, softened |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 egg |
1/4 cup honey |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
2 cups all-purpose flour |
2 teaspoons dried rosemary |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
Directions:
1. in a mixing bowl cream shortening, butter, and sugar. 2. beat in egg, honey and lemon juice. 3. combine dry ingriedients add to creamed mixture. 4. drop by teaspoonfulls 2 inches apart. 5. bake at 325 for 12-14 minutes. |
