Pepper side dish Ingredients:
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil |
1 yellow pepper, cut into strips |
1 red pepper, cut into strips |
1 green pepper, cut into strips |
1 orange bell pepper, cut into strips |
1 red onion, thinly sliced |
2 garlic cloves, grated |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon water |
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper |
Directions:
1. 1.Heat oil in a nonstick 10 inch skillet. Add peppers, onions, and garlic; saute 5 minutes. 2. 2. Add worchestershire sauce and water, and cook over medium heat for 2 mins, stirrnig frequently. 3. 3. add ground pepper, stir and serve. |
