Four Pepper Blast With Sesame Seed

This a great side dish with grilled meat or fish.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh garlic
1 green bell pepper
1 orange bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips
1 onion, cut into 1/4-inch strips
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary (can substitute 1 tsp. dried rosemary)
2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano leaves (can substitute 1/2 tsp. dried oregano)
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Heat sesame oil and butter in 4-quart sauce pan or 12-inch skillet; add garlic. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes.
2. Stir in all remaining ingredients except sesame seed. Reduce heat to low; continue cooking until peppers are crisply tender (5 to 7 minutes).
3. Stir in 2 teaspoons sesame seed. Sprinkle with remaining sesame seed.
