Four Cups & One Apple Salad is my favorite salad to serve with Shish Kabobs in the summertime. It is very easy to stir up and chill for dinner tonight or tomorrow night. I always use the fat free sour cream! This dish is a favorite with guests and my family. We prefer the apple to be a Granny Smith green one. Ingredients:
1 cup mandarin orange, drained |
1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained |
1 cup fat free sour cream |
1 cup miniature marshmallow |
1 apple |
Directions:
1. Mix altogether. 2. Cover bowl. 3. Refrigerate. 4. (Refrigerating your canned fruits and apple will make it ready to eat as soon as you assemble.). |
