Incredible and so full of wonderful tastes. Ingredients:
1/2 cup boiling water |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
2 cups flour |
1 pinch salt |
1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese |
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese |
1/2 cup grated romano cheese |
4 eggs |
1 pint heavy cream |
1/2 cup cubed zucchini |
1 cup shredded crab meat |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Combine water, oil, flour and salt then mix with fork and press into large quiche pan. 2. Combine eggs, cream and seasonings then whisk for 1 minute. 3. Put cheeses, vegetable and crab into prepared shell. 4. Pour liquid over filling and bake at 425 for 15 minutes then reduce to 350 and bake 45 minutes. |
