Ingredients:
1 (1 lb) can cut green beans |
1 (1 lb) can cut yellow beans |
1 (1 lb) can red kidney beans |
1 (1 lb) can lima beans |
1/4 cup chopped green pepper |
1 medium onion, sliced very thin |
1/2 cup cider vinegar |
1/4 cup cooking oil |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Drain beans, rinse well, and drain again. 2. Add peppers and onions to beans. 3. Mix other ingredients and add to bean mixture. 4. Mix well together. 5. Place in glass container. 6. Let set overnight in refrigerator. 7. Will keep for days. |
