This is my favorite salad. It is great for holiday dinners and so easy! you can also substitue artificial sweetner for the sugar.
Ingredients:
1 can green beans
1 can yellow wax bean
1 can lima beans
1 can kidney bean
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup sweet relish
1/2 cup chopped green pepper, if desired
1 cup oil
1 cup sugar
1 cup vinegar
1 cup water
Directions:
1. Drain beans.
2. Add relish and chopped vegetables.
3. Mix dressing ingredients and pour over beans.
4. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
