A halved fortune cookie recipe for two. Insert naughty suggestions for a surprise for the husband ;) Ingredients:
1 egg white |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/4 cup flour |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/2 tbs vanilla extract, imitation |
Directions:
1. Combine one egg white and vanilla in bowl.
2. Whip with electric mixer until SOFT peaks form.
3. Add flour and sugar.
4. Beat until combined.
5. Mix with big spoon and drop by the teaspoon onto a Silpat lined baking sheet.
6. Spread with spoon into thin circles.
7. 8-10 minutes 350 degres.
8. Spatula up and foln in fortune, shape over glass edge.
9. If becomes hard before folding, warm in oven to soften.
