This good tasting stew needs no pre-browning meat or even thicken sauce. It does it all. Ingredients:
2 -3 lbs stew meat |
2 large onions |
6 -8 potatoes, pared and quartered |
6 large carrots, cut up |
3 stalks celery, cut up |
1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes |
3 tablespoons minit tapioca |
1 bay leaf |
1/2 teaspoon thyme |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
