Meringue Chocolate Chip Cookies Ingredients:
2 egg whites |
1 pinch salt |
2/3 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 cup miniature chocolate chip |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Beat egg whites till foamy. Add salt and continue beating until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form. Sprinkle vanilla extract and chocolate chips over top and gently fold into mixture. 3. Drop by small teaspoons onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in hot oven and immediately turn oven off. Let cookies dry over night. |
