This is a modified version of a smoothie I found in a cookbook. It reminds me of the All-Fruit Jamba drinks.
Ingredients:
1 cup pitted cherries, frozen
1/4 cup blueberries, frozen
1/4 cup raspberries, frozen
1/4 cup cranberry juice or 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
Directions:
1. Mix all in a blender.
2. Pour in glasses and enjoy.
