Forbidden Rice

Ingredients:
1 cup forbidden black rice
2 1/2 cups water or 2 1/2 cups broth
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Combine everything in 3 quart or larger glass or ceramic casserole, or large microwave rice cooker.
2. Cover.
3. Microwave on High 10 minutes, then on half power 25 minutes, or until tender and liquid is absorbed.
4. Fluff with a fork and serve hot!
