Had this for dinner last night, the flavors were absolutely delish! Served with couscous. Adapted from . (Cook time does not include marinating time) Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated |
3 garlic cloves, smashed |
3 tablespoons brown sugar |
3 tablespoons canola oil |
3 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
2 tablespoons water |
Directions:
1. Whisk together all marinade ingredients (curry powder through water). 2. Pour over chicken breasts in a sealable container or gallon ziploc bag. Place in fridge to marinate 4-24 hours. 3. Preheat oven to 375°F Remove chicken from fridge, and place in a 9x13 baking dish. 4. Bake for 35 minutes or until done. Serve hot & enjoy. |
