This is a quick easy sald bar I set up on the nights we have Dinner at Coach's Ingredients:
two bags of mixed greens |
a bunch of green onions sliced with tops |
two salad tomatoes chopped |
one english cucumer sliced and quartered |
two small or one large can black olives |
3 carrots sliced thin |
1 sm box fresh mushrooms, sliced |
1 green pepper, sliced |
1 red pepper, sliced |
1 yellow pepper sliced |
1 orange pepper sliced |
3 cups mexican blend or italian blend cheese |
1 or 2 packages of crutons |
ranch, italian, french, oil and vinegar dressings |
Directions:
1. Prepare veggies, put in separate bowls and refrigerate until ready to serve. 2. At serving time, pour greens and green onions into a large sald bowl and toss. 3. Set out veggies, cheese, crutons and dressings. 4. Besure to put utensils in each bowl/dish because football players will use their hands!!! |
