Just found this recipe and have yet to try it. It sounds super easy and has cream cheese in it as well as butter. No chilling needed. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour |
1/2 cup butter |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor. 2. Pulse until mixture almost forms a ball. 3. Remove and shape into a ball. 4. Dough can be chilled for an hour or rolled out immediately on a lightly floured surface. 5. Use as directed in your pie recipe. |
