These muchrooms are packed with lots of zingy flavor and can be made several hours ahead and refrigerated. Bake in the oven. Try adding chopped artichoke hearts for something extra special Ingredients:
1 pkg (5.2 oz) garlic-herb cheese spread |
3 tbs grated parmesan cheese,divided |
30 small mushrooms,stems removed |
thinly sliced fresh basil,optional |
Directions:
1. In small bowl,combine cheese spread andf 2 Tbs Parmesan cheese;spoon into mushroom caps. 2. Transfer to foil-lined baking sheet;sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. 3. Bake at 400' for 10-12 mins or till lightly browned. Garnish with basil,if desired. |
