The easiest way to make perfect brown rice! Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups brown rice |
5 cups boiling water |
1 tablespoon butter (optional) |
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place brown rice in a casserole dish along with butter and salt (if you choose to use them). Carefully pour boiling water over rice and TIGHTLY cover with two layers of aluminum foil. Place in oven. Bake for 1 hour. Remove from oven and fluff with a fork. |
