Foolproof Beef and Broccoli |

This flavorful stir-fry gets dinner on the table in a hurry with tender broccoli, beef, onion and garlic in a soy-seasoned sauce. This dish is perfect served over hot egg noodles. Ingredients:
1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak or beef top round steak |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
2 cups broccoli flowerets |
1 medium onion, cut into wedges |
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 (10.75 ounce) can campbell's® condensed cream of broccoli soup or campbell's® condensed 98% fat free cream of broccoli soup |
1/3 cup water |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
4 cups hot cooked egg noodles |
Directions:
1. Slice beef into very thin strips. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in skillet. Add beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove beef. 3. Add remaining oil. Add broccoli, onion and garlic and stir-fry until tender-crisp. 4. Add soup, water and soy. Heat to a boil. Return beef to skillet and heat through. Serve over egg noodles. |
